We understand that plans can change and appreciate your courtesy in providing notice when needed.
Appointments & Cancellations
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50–100% of the treatment fee.
• No-shows may be charged the full session fee.
Mobile Appointments
• For mobile massage, clients must ensure access, parking (if required), and a suitable space.
• If treatment cannot proceed due to unsuitable conditions, the full fee may still apply.
Illness
If you are unwell, please notify us as soon as possible. We appreciate honesty and prioritise wellbeing for both client and therapist.
