By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments are subject to availability.

• Booking confirmation may be provided by phone, email, or message.

• Mobile massage clients must provide a safe, clean, and suitable space for treatment.

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full or partially.

Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of:

• Any medical conditions

• Injuries

• Allergies

• Pregnancy

This ensures treatments are safe and appropriate.

All treatments are strictly professional and therapeutic.

Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment may still apply.

Payment is due at the time of the appointment unless agreed otherwise. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking.

Cristina Wellness is not responsible for any injury or condition resulting from withheld or inaccurate health information.
