Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the treatment price is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at the start of your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will forfeit the deposit.
